| Problem: | Receive error after creating a new database and attempting to log in : “You have exceeded maximum number of licensed activities. You must open a subset of the EPS which contains less than 0 activities.” |
| Cause: | An Incremental License was used when creating the database. |
| Fix: | Run the Database Configuration again and apply the original or full license. After creating the database, apply the Incremental license file. |
