Problem: Primavision hangs when trying to login.
Problem: Primavision error log is reporting:






error Exception(All licenses are currently being used, try again later.) [Class=com.primavera.PhoenixException] The encryption used for this blob uses an incompatible version.

at com.primavera.infr.services.utils.g.(Unknown Source)
at com.primavera.infr.services.srvcs.c$a.gp(Unknown Source)
at com.primavera.infr.services.srvcs.c$a.execute(Unknown Source)
at com.primavera.infr.services.threadpool.c.run(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:536)
Cause: License file has become damaged or corrupt.
Fix: Re-administer the application license file, into the database, using the DB Config.
