Problem: | “No license available for a new user. Please contact your administrator.” when attempting to add a new user in Methodology Management Admin/Users window. |
Fix: | Determine the total number of named user licenses available. This can be identified by viewing the license file. Click on Help/About Primavera then click on the System tab. Scroll down to the License section. The number in parenthesis indicates the number of named users licenses available for Methodology Management. |
