Fact: | Evaluation license is not being used and license file states ‘No expiration date’ |
Problem: | After installing Primavera 5.0 Standalone and logging into client (Project Management, Methodology Management ) receive the following error: “Your application license key is expired. Authorized from 05-Jul-05 to 19-Jul-05. Please contact your sales representative to extend your license. Would you like to view your current license or install a new one?” |
Cause: | The installation process prompts for a valid license file when creating the databases. If a valid customer database is not specified, the installer uses the default license.txt file from the installation CD which is a generic expired license. |
