| Problem: | Error: “You do not have a license to run this module or the maximum number of licensed users has been reached. Please contact your System Administrator,” when attempting to add an issue in myPrimavera. |
| Cause: | Using only a Team Member license. In previous versions, a user with only Timesheet and Collaboration licenses could add issues in MyPrimavera. In version 5.0, this option is no longer available. |
