Problem: | When attempting to access a file attached to a Contract Management document, the following message displays: This attachment has been moved or deleted. Do you want to delete this row? The attachment displays the ‘Cannot open attachment’ icon: |
Problem: | Invalid path or filename error when accessing attachments |
Problem: | Red slash through open Attachment icon |
Cause: | The Contract Management Web/Application server cannot access the file attached for one of the following reasons:

Fix: | The Path indicates where the file existed at the time it was attached. Verify that the path is accessible from the Contract Management Web/Application server and that the file exists in this location. |
Fix: | Contract Management must run as a domain user in order to access UNC paths. |
