| Problem: | How to identify which users are currently using a P3 serial number |
| Problem: | If a user attempts to access P3 when there are no available licenses how can it be determined who is using the license(s)? |
| Problem: | How to show all P3 serial numbers in use. |
| Fix: | To determine who is using any particular serial number launch ‘Netset’.
This displays the list of users who are currently using a P3 serial number. If you think a user is listed in error, contact one of the listed users to clarify whether that user is still actively using the application, or whether they simply have it open without using it. |
