| Problem: | Error 429: “You do not have the appropriate license to use this functionality.” on Windows XP. |
| Cause: | The Ganttocx.ocx file is not Registered with Windows. |
| Fix: | Typically a reboot will get this file properly registered. |
| Fix: | If after a reboot the error persists, you can manually register this file. First make sure the file exists on the PC by searching for it. 1) Go to Start, Run 2) Type “Regsvr32 GanttOCX.ocx” (no quotes) 3) Press the Enter Key A message should be returned that GanttOCX.ocx has been successfully registered. |
